Greg Ellis is an English actor probably best know for playing Theodore Groves in Pirates of the Caribbean (this will actually become relevant). He has voiced the character Cullen Rutherford since 2009 in Dragon Age Origins.

Greg Ellis thanked her in return, and wrote a now-deleted post that said he had been effectively cancelled by his own fanbase.

So, assuming Cullen has any appearance in Dragon Age IV, it's definitely safe to say that he will not be voiced by Greg Ellis due to the dumpster fire that is his behavior (don't even get me started on today's little "special message from Cullen" stunt). As such, any planned appearance would need to be recorded by someone else.
