I have to say now, however, that my experience with Uniqlo is mixed Outerwear Jackets/Coats in uniqlo are generally a solid investment. The Ultra light down, is probably one of thee best clothing purchases I have ever made. Its so functional, versatile and easy to cary.

Aug 23, 2022 · To me, Uniqlo is kind of the IKEA of clothing. They’ve put together the highest quality design and construction that you can find at their price point. There are absolutely better clothes that can be had for more money, but it’s unlikely that you’re going to find something of Uniqlo quality for cheaper than a Uniqlo price.

I see everywhere on Reddit, Uniqlo being recommended for pretty much any clothing brand. It’s spoken widely about its low price and high quality. However, when I looked at the prices, they were quite high. And just from their appearance on the website, they don’t look that different in quality from a GAP or J Crew, if anything they look worse.

Hear me out. One of the things that UNIQLO was famous for was their price to quality ratio. But if we compare prices with what is arguably their most popular clothing item for men (the 100% Supima Cotton T-Shirt) Price in late 2020: $9.90 Price in 2023: $24.90

Aug 21, 2017 · Both Muji and Uniqlo are absolutely "basics" stores in Japan, with Muji having more of their own aesthetic than Uniqlo. You don't buy "fashion" items in Uniqlo, you go there for cheap (by Japanese standards) work clothes, outerwear, undergarments etc. Muji on the other hand is more of a household goods store than a clothing store.

Aug 3, 2019 · The uniqlo pieces were also able to go longer without being washed because they didn't pick up smells easily. Since my old job was being an outdoor guide, that was a huge perk. I also did try to wear them while driving, sleeping, or sitting around, and I just got way too hot.
