Professor Berry specialized in patent and intellectual property law, including patent litigation and licensing. He is a former Director of Cooley's Graduate Program in Intellectual Property Law. He was Of Counsel at Brooks Kushman, PC, a Southfield, Michigan-based IP boutique law firm.

Distinguished Professor Emeritus Gerald Tschura has expertise in patent, trademark and copyright law. Before he had joined the faculty of Cooley Law School, Distinguished Professor Emeritus Tschura enjoyed a long and varied career.

I joined Cooley Law School in July 2019 after a nationwide search for a new president and dean. I most recently served as the Associate Dean of Academic Support and Bar Services, as well as professor, at Texas A&M School of Law.

History of the Law Review. Ten years after founding Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Judge Thomas E. Brennan decided that Cooley's students needed their own law review. Thus, the "Cooley Law Review" was founded in 1980. Our publication was known as the Cooley Law Review until 1990, when the title “Thomas M. Cooley Law Review” was adopted.
