Officials tell us there was damage to four to five homes after a tornado touched down in Rockcastle County on Thursday morning along Red Hill Road, including the home of Virginia Pheanis.

NWS has not yet confirmed a tornado, but said preliminary damage assessments suggest one likely did touch down.
