A Butler Twp. couple is facing a civil suit after they allegedly ran a multi-million-dollar Ponzi scheme a little over a decade after the husband was forbidden from selling or offering securities.
The jury was sent home for the weekend and will return on Monday to hear closing arguments before beginning deliberations.
