Three takeaways from Dowling's win over Urbandale in Iowa high school girls basketball
The Maroons enjoyed a running clock in the fourth quarter and defeated Urbandale, 60-27, in Dowling’s first home game after the winter break. Ava Zediker led the way with 20 points, while every Maroons player made it into the game and the Dowling defense held the J-Hawks' top scorer, Ava Wattier, to seven points.
