HOMESTEAD, FLA. (WSVN) - Before this weekend’s Wings Over Homestead Air Show, members of the U.S. Air Force showed off a pair of fighter jets at Miami International Airport.
The Wings Over Homestead air and space show takes place Saturday and Sunday at the Homestead Air Reserve Base. The event last took place in 2016 and was attended by over 150,000 people.
U.S. Air Force Col. David Garfield said the show is their way of showing civilians what they have been trained to do. “It’s a wonderful opportunity to give back to this great nation,” he said.
