William McCollum, 58, of Wheatland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:55 a.m. on Feb. 6 at Pleasant Grove Road and Nicolaus Avenue, and booked into the Sutter County Jail.
The R&B star will now play a two-night stand when he hits Detroit this spring on his After Hours Til Dawn stadium tour.
