Two Denver strip clubs are now suing the city's labor department. It comes after the department announced they uncovered widespread wage theft within those businesses and ordered the clubs to pay back millions in backpay to staff.

The city issued nearly $14 million in fines and restitution payments in a probe the city auditor called an “extraordinary case” unlike any other the office has conducted.
