Like one of those home renovation disasters, Manchester United are finding themselves rebuilding on top of the rebuild. Or at the very least, they're tearing down that new extension they put on the structure last summer.

Ruben Amorim has been struggling as Manchester United boss and his reaction to a wild 2-2 draw at Liverpool on Sunday said it all. He was very happy with the performance and so many of his players put in a spirited, focused and committed display. But he was angry he hasn’t seen it more often since he arrived a few months ago.

Manchester United team news leaks have stopped since Ruben Amorim called out the source. Premature leaks of line-ups don’t help because they give the other team the advantage of knowing who is playing and the approach of the manager in question.
