The protest in Belgrade, Serbia, was the culmination of four months of rallies against President Aleksandar Vucic’s government after a deadly train station canopy collapse.

At least 100,000 people descended on Belgrade on Saturday for a mass rally seen as a culmination of months-long protests against Serbia’s populist President Aleksandar Vucic and his government.

According to the survey, 55% of respondents said they do not trust Vučić, while only one-third of Serbians approve of his leadership. Among university students, around 58% still support the incumbent president.
