Dylan Grant, a 24-year-old bull rider from Wyoming, tragically passed away after a bull stepped on his neck during a competition in Texas.
The accident happened April 3 at the Wharton County Youth Fair Xtreme Bulls event in Wharton, Texas. The event was part of the PRCA's circuit.
