Officer Charles Cathey, who died last week of an on-the-job medical emergency, was honored with a sea of blue procession around the city. Cathay served with the Memphis Police Department for 37 years.
The event will be held on Jan. 22, 2025 and will begin at Tiger Lane on 450 Early Maxwell Boulevard at 7:30 p.m.
