Henyard, the scrutinized mayor of Dolton, Illinois, and her boyfriend, Kamal Woods, are accused of attacking activist Jedediah Brown and Lavelle Redmond at the Jan. 28 meeting in Thornton Township.

This apparently angered Henyard’s boyfriend, Kamal Woods, who is also named as a defendant in both lawsuits. Woods and Brown were seen throwing punches at each other in bystander video.
