Paul called out boxing phenom Canelo Alvarez, which has apparently worked. According to boxing insider Eddie Hearn, the fight between the pair is a "done deal." Hearn joined Ring Magazine to talk about Paul taking on Alvarez. According to Hearn:

Boxing journalist Julius Julianis reported Monday that Paul and Canelo Alvarez agreed to square off in May for a Cinco de Mayo event. Julianis revealed the proposed Paul vs. Alvarez fight will be co-promoted by Most Valuable Promotions, Premier Boxing Champions (PBC), and Canelo Promotions.
