Former New York Rangers defenseman Ryan Lindgren made his debut with the Colorado Avalanche after a trade this past weekend.

The New York Rangers have undergone a massive overhaul this season. From trading Jacob Trouba, Kaapo Kakko, and Ryan Lindgren and adding JT Miller, they have been active in the trade market. Rangers general manager Chris Drury issued a memo early in the season,

The goal was his 25th of the season, the eighth time in his career Panarin has reached that plateau. Predictably, the 33-year-old hasn't been able to replicate his massive 2023-24 campaign, but Panarin has still been productive this season with 63 points in 59 appearances.

The locker room is taking on a much different feel, as well. Lindgren and Vesey were as popular as any teammates in recent years, and they now join Filip Chytil, Barclay Goodrow, Kaapo Kakko and Jacob Trouba as players who have been ousted following a multi-year run of success with minimal turnover.

Father time is undefeated except for when it comes to Quick. The 39-year-old goalie is still in command and can play at an elite level whenever he’s called upon. To the awe of his teammates, Quick is just as athletic at 39-years-old as most NHL goalies are in their prime years.

Without Fox, Laviolette used a quintet of forwards Artemi Panarin, Mika Zibanejad, J.T. Miller, Vincent Trochek and Alexis Lafrenière as his PP1 for the first time against the Maple Leafs.
