PROVIDENCE – A Providence lawyer’s license has been suspended in the state of Massachusetts for six months after an investigation found he provided inaccurate information to a client about the possible immigration consequences of a criminal plea.

Massachusetts has a new perk for parent politicians running for office, but the same benefit has gone unused in Rhode Island.
