Following the tense feud between Trump, Vance and Zelenskyy, reports have shown that Trump is not first President to lose his patience with Zelenskyy.
Bacon countered Trump's comments by noting that Ukraine has it written in its constitution to halt elections until the war is over. Bacon said he's been assured Ukraine will hold peace-time elections. "I know what side I'm on," Bacon said. "Our president better figure out what side he's on and it better be on the side of Ukraine. "
"I was hoping for an interactive discussion today. Turned out it was more of a different event than what was conveyed. It wasn't really a town hall, unfortunately."
