Delta Air Lines has shared some information about the crew who piloted a Minneapolis-to-Toronto flight that crashed while landing on Monday. The airline said it released the information in response to social media posts “containing false and misleading assertions.

Delta said that claims spreading online alleging the captain and first officer had failed training events were false, and both crew members are Federal Aviation Administration-certified for their positions.

Two passengers have filed federal lawsuits following the crash landing of Flight 4919, which flew from Minneapolis to Toronto.
