LEE COUNTY, Fla. (CNN) - A fugitive from Puerto Rico who has been on the run for almost 40 years is now back in custody. Jorge Milla-Valdes escaped from a Puerto Rican prison in 1987. Authorities believed he was living under an assumed name, Luis Aguirre, in Lee County, Florida.
