Small craft should exercise caution across offshore Volusia waters for north winds of 15 to 20 knots. A moderate risk of rip currents exists at all east Central Florida beaches.

Strong to severe storms are expected to move across Central Florida on Wednesday ahead of a cold front. Showers and storms will move across Interstate 4 around 1 p.m., then slide southeast by 2-3 p.m.
