An oxygen tank exploded after being put in the back of a garbage truck. This happened Wednesday outside of Columbus, Ohio.
Two Local Waste employees were working in the 4000 block of Elbern Avenue, just west of South Yearling Road, on Wednesday when the incident occurred.
