The Patriots ' quest to add to their wide receiver room has led them to a four-time Pro Bowler. A source confirmed to MassLive that New England will host Stefon Diggs in Foxborough. The Bears might have found their starting kick and punt returner Wednesday when they signed wide receiver Devin Duvernay to a one-year contract. Duvernay was named a first-team all-pro in 2021, when he was the only player to rank in the top 10 in punt and kick return yard average, and was a Pro Bowl player in 2021 and 2022.

They have made the playoffs just twice since 2002, but they have a prominent new head coach in Pete Carroll and a new quarterback in Geno Smith who made the Pro Bowl in 2022 and 2023.
