IN a historic moment for Namibia, Madam Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah (72) from the ruling South West Africa People’s Organisation (SWAPO) party, will today be inaugurated as the country’s first female president. The inauguration ceremony coincides with Namibia’s 35th Independence Day.
