Residents at a student accommodation block in Glasgow claim they have been left without hot water for weeks while also suffering frequent break-ins by gangs of youths.

Police swarmed the Glasgow bridge between Jamaica Street and Bridge Street during rush hour Thursday evening (December 5). Tragically, a man died and his body was later recovered from the water.
