Minnesota's first Slick City Action Park, a slide-centered indoor park for kids, is ready to open. The 43,000-square-foot indoor slide park will open next month at 10900 Fountains Dr. in Maple Grove.

It's the first Minnesota franchise for the park chain, and the owners are scouting the Twin Cities for more locations.

Wauwatosa is now home to Wisconsin's first indoor slide park, called Slick City Action Park. The park opened on the evening of Thursday, Dec. 26, in a warehouse at 1435 N. 113th St. in Wauwatosa.
