Two out of the three men charged after a shooting that left a man injured outside the FedEx Hub appeared in court on Wednesday morning. When WREG first brought you this story we told you a FedEx employee was accidentally shot outside of the FedEx Hub.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Two more suspects charged in the shooting of a FedEx employee have been ordered released from jail on their own recognizance (ROR), according to court records.

Twin brothers charged in a Memphis FedEx shooting were released without bail, mirroring a decision for the alleged shooter. This sparked controversy among local officials.

The man accused of shooting a FedEx employee in the hub parking lot in October has been released without bond. 18-year-old Tyreese Earnest was charged with attempted second-degree murder, employment of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony,

Senator Brent Taylor is once again calling out Judge Bill Anderson after an 18-year-old charged with attempted second-degree murder was released from jail without bond. Taylor wrote a letter to Shelby County District Attorney Steve Mulroy requesting him to seek an emergency writ of certiorari in criminal court,

The decision comes two days after the third suspect, charged with attempted second-degree murder, was also released on his own recognizance.

"I respect the court’s decision but disagree with it," said Shelby County District Attorney General Steve Mulroy.

An 18-year-old has been arrested in connection to the October shooting of a FedEx employee in the hub parking lot. On October 30th, Memphis Airport Police responded to a shooting at the FedEx World Hub located in the 2800 block of Democrat Road.

The man charged with attempting to kill someone outside the FedEx World Hub is set to be released from jail without bond.
