The hotel group targets 21,000 rooms by 2030 through acquisitions, new developments, and a mix of leasehold and freehold properties.

It is also developing a landmark hotel in Edinburgh. The group opened the 303-bedroom Clayton Hotel Glasgow City in late 2022 in the A-listed former Custom House building on the River Clyde.
