A line of strong storms will pass through north Georgia early Sunday morning, bringing torrential rain and possible tornadoes.

On Sunday at 3:42 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a tornado watch in effect until 10 a.m. The watch is for Baker, Ben Hill, Berrien, Brooks, Calhoun, Clay, Colquitt, Cook, Decatur, Dougherty, Early, Grady, Irwin, Lee, Miller, Mitchell, Quitman, Randolph, Seminole, Terrell, Thomas, Tift, Turner and Worth counties.
