One of the tornadoes, given the rating of EF-2, touched down in the town of Tylertown, MS, wiping out entire neighborhoods. Six people were killed, 29 were injured, and more than 200 were left homeless, Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves said.

A line of strong storms on Monday produced at least one confirmed EF-1 tornado in Henry County and an EF-0 tornado in Coweta County.
