BAY CITY, MI – Police have identified the human remains found in the Saginaw River in Bay City as a 41-year-old man who had recently been reported missing. Officials with the Bay City Department of Public Safety on Thursday evening, Sept. 19, identified the victim as Justie Stilwell.

BAY CITY, Mich. (WJRT) - Police in Bay City have identified the human remains that were found on Wednesday. The Bay City Department of Public Safety said that the remains were 41-year-old Justie Stilwell. Stillwell was reported missing on Wednesday by his family.
