Northwest Naturals is recalling a line of its pet food after authorities Oregon linked the death of a cat to a batch contaminated with bird flu.

A batch of cat food is being recalled after an Oregon house cat died of bird flu from eating it, officials in the northwest state said.

A Portland brand of cat food is being recalled in 12 states, including Washington, after a cat that ate it contracted bird flu and died.
