Olympic champions Gabriella Papadakis and Madison Hubbell on Thursday took to the ice at a figure skating gala in Zurich trying to "push the limit" of the sport as a first same-sex pair to skate together in an elite event.

Madison Hubbell and Gabriella Papadakis, retired Olympic champions, are teaming up to perform as same-sex pairs on ice, aiming to challenge gender stereotypes in figure skating. They hope to inspire change in the sport where traditionally only male-female pairs competed.
