Melanie Stansbury (D-N.M.) held up a sign that said “This is NOT normal” as Trump entered the House chamber. Moments later, Rep. Lance Gooden (R-Texas) nabbed the paper out of Stansbury’s hand, HuffPost’s Arthur Delaney reported.
