Wavelengths Leisure Centre is located just a 5-minute walk from Deptford train station. Working in partnership with Lewisham Council, our 50 station gym also contains two fitness studios, plus a third studio on the first floor. We offer a range of fitness classes from Group Cycle to Zumba. Our first-floor soft play offers a great space for our younger customers to have fun and burn some energy. Wavelengths has something for everyone to keep fit and active in Lewisham.
