Entering the aircraft is generally not permitted for many reasons. Most of these aircraft still fly and have to be maintained to flight standards. You can actually see many of them fly during the annual Pikes Peak Regional Airshow. During our visit, however, the docents were great about allowing views inside some of the aircraft, particularly for hobbyist modelers who wanted to see the interiors. We highly recommend this museum.
Q:
How much time would you recommend spending at the museum?
A:
Probably 1-2 hours. There’s lots to read and see. You can do it in an hour but we felt like 2 would be more leisurely and less rushed.
Q:
How much does it cost?
A:

Q:
How much does it cost?
A:
It is nice to leave a few bucks of donation on top of the cheap ticket price.
Q:
Can well-behaved dogs on-leash visit the museum?
A:
I haven't seen animals on either of my visits to the museum, so I'm doubtful. Your best bet is to call ahead and ask.
