We saw the memorial at night when it was all lit up. It gets very busy, so expect a lot of people. This is an iconic place. You can't go wrong with seeing this oneFull review by Rebecca Y

Amazing, you can clearly see the Washington Monument from the top. Would most likely have been even better had the cherry blossom been in bloom, but that was our own fault. Beautiful.Full review by withintheshadows
