While we welcome all visitors, visitors with prams may find it difficult to navigate around Gwrych Castle. The property was built into a hill so the terrain is often uneven, with many steep footpaths. We recommend visitors to leave the pram in the car or alternatively you may have to carry it until you reach the top & even area where the I’m A Celebrity props are.

Can I drive up to the castle to look?

Yes. The car park is at the base of the castle. The road in is single track and very rough. Pot hokes etc. Its busy with traffic going in and out.
