The staff made extra effort to accommodate our needs like providing a lead and blankets. The security was excellent and very efficient. It is a central location with easy access to Cape Town.
The traffic towards the gate entering the basement level for parking.

Wrong room then they advised they upgraded me while on the website it shows that the room I booked was better than what was said was an upgraded Nor truthful
