What a beautiful hike!! Be prepared - it WILL be muddy and you WILL get dirty!! The hike is pretty easy - not too much elevation change - but it's a good 2+ miles so bring plenty of water. There …Full review by kencatron

There isn't any camping at the beach, Just a couple of miles from the Shi Shi parking lot there is a very beautiful camping area named Hobuck 2726 Makah Passage 360-645-2339. It is split into two sections, dry camping, which means no utilities, for tents, cars, ect. and the other has water, sewer, and electricity. It is a very beautiful place right on the beach. Have a safe trip

Q:
Is it possible to drive to the beach rather than walk the several mile trail ?
A:
No, you cannot drive all the way to the beach. It's a hiking trail and you'll either have to park at the trail head (day trip), or at a private trailer (overnight).
