The 1 hour tour is very knowledgeable. The Tibetan guide speaks fluent English and Hindi. We learn a lot more about Tibetan art.Full review by OnAir797513

I don't believe that you can as a tourist. You have to be admitted into their training program which I think is 6 months long. Hope this answers your question.
