Hello- Are there sun beds and umbrellas to rent here?I saw a post from 8 months ago saying they were removed. Also, as people say this is not a good beach to go into the water is there another beach near here anyone would recommend? Thanks

HI- Just to update this- I was there last week and there are facilities there. I am not sure about refreshments but there were umbrella and chairs to rent. I am unsure of the cost.

With some difficulty, I imagine. Firstly you will need to work out what ferries are available to take you from Lefkada to Kefalonia. Then it will be a question of travel from whichever port the ferry disembarks at. Myrtos is in the Northern part of the island. I believe there is a bus service to the nearest village to Myrtos Beach, but then it would be quite a trek down (and indeed back up again). I would recommend that you research it carefully before attempting to travel.
