As far as heat in late June, is it miserably hot during the afternoon zipline tours? We were hoping to take a leisurely drive from Kona...up the coast... in the morning...for a 1:30 or 2:00 zipline tour. Pros? Cons? Thank you.

Knowing my limitations, I would pass on the Zipline since the landings and bridges can add pressure to the leg due to the bouncing and shaking of the bridges. I agree with the previous post on taking the Flumin' Kohala Ditch: Big Island Kayak Tour. This was relaxing, entertaining and educational.
