Hi 167sef - haven’t particular noticed any particular car because of the AMAZING SCENERY on offer but it’s absolutely possible that someone was driving such a car over the Pass.

It is ok to drive it. There are worse roads than that. It is a bit narrow and steep, but there will be meeting points.

Totally different as Rockies are huge--but stunning vistas of iridescent green hillsides and round mountain lakes, tiny roads clinging to edge of cliffs, glacial waterfalls, sheep wandering out in front of you! It's fabulous!
